Heritage Construction and Development is a Christian-based company, founded by Neil Johnson, President and General Contractor. Johnson has been in the industry for nearly 27 years, bringing his expertise and experience to create a team of passionate and talented people that treat every project at Heritage Construction as if it were their own.

Heritage ensures the quality of each build by walking their clients through the home building process, step-by-step. Neil and his wife, Caroline Dargan Johnson, are both Myrtle Beach natives, which has made it possible for them to build quality relationships with industry professionals that help make the clients dream come true. “Service is something that the team at Heritage Construction go out of their way to deliver,” says Neil.

Heritage Construction and Development specializes in new construction custom homes, commercial properties, multi-family homes, developments, investment projects and more! The Heritage team consists of in-house architectural & interior designers that manage ARB submittals for the client. Another benefit to working with Heritage Construction and Development, is that all permitting is included in the services they provide.
