By carefully selecting our team we are able to confidently say we will make your dream project a reality product. Each member has distinct talents that when combined together make for an efficient and productive process every time. Individually, each member of the Heritage Construction Team puts 110% into their responsibilities and work hard on your project as if it is their own.
President / Owner
Neil Johnson is a Myrtle Beach native and a third generation local business owner. Neil learned early in life in watching his Grandfather and Father build successful businesses based on servicing the customer. He takes his passion for Design and Construction and combines this with commitment for outstanding customer service to build his clients dreams and needs into reality. He builds every project as it was his own and prides himself on building not only the project start to finish, but long lasting relationships with his clients.
Rachael is a native to the Myrtle Beach area. She has been with Heritage Construction for 4 years. Rachael has worked in the construction field for over 10 years. Her extensive experience includes both commercial and residential projects from production to custom homes. As Finance Manager, Rachael oversees subcontracts and the accounts payable/receivable billing functions. She brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and is known for being an innate problem solver and team player.
Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Louis has been a part of the Grand Strand since the mid 80’s and has been active in the construction industry for over 30 years. Starting his career specializing in concrete, he then transitioned his focus to framing in 1990 and later forwarded his talents creating a successful finishing cabinetry business at the age of 25. His company worked on a wide variety of different level projects throughout the near and surrounding areas from high-end luxury homes to commercial offices and everything in between. He has combined all of these skills he has gained over the years to now over see all on site duties ensuring that all action on the project has been completed properly and efficiently.
An integral part of the Heritage Construction team since 2018, our Operations Manager, Sarah, focuses on the scheduling of all of our projects and ensures that all of our client’s needs and wants are met with impeccable craftsmanship and in a timely manner. She keeps communication and organization at top priority and establishes strong connections with our clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Additionally, from the beginning of the project to the very end she assists and guides our clients in all selections accommodating all the designs while aligning the customized budget as well. Always keeping the process productive she strives to make every job another successful accomplishment.
